Your New Leadership Role
* Oversee a portfolio of residential developments, covering administration, client queries, and liaison with operational departments.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure prompt responses to correspondence and approve final versions.
* Manage OMC credit control issues for timely resolution and effective communication.
* Collaborate with the Operations Department on project implementation and tendering processes.
* Review audited accounts from draft to final with the Accounts department.
* Work closely with Senior Office Administrators on insurance policies and claims.
* Prepare reports highlighting key developments and performance metrics.
* Attend AGMs and meetings outside regular hours to represent the company.
* Operate SLAs for Management Companies and conduct site visits for full knowledge and understanding.
* Implement project work with the Project Manager, driving projects to completion and meeting stakeholder expectations.
* Develop and oversee budgets for efficient resource allocation.
* Coordinate team activities by scheduling work assignments and setting priorities.
* Maintain high-quality work standards and adhere to instructions and guidelines.
* Represent the company at Board of Directors/Developer meetings.
* Analyse issues affecting OMC performance and develop programs or recommendations.
Key Requirements
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in the property industry.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role with strong skills in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Proven success in leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
