This key role involves providing visionary leadership in medical manpower planning, collaboration, and strategy.
* Medical Manpower Management: Oversee the management of posts, including rotas, performance, recruitment, and leave requests.
* Consultant Recruitment: Manage consultant recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and NCHD governance.
* GP Liaison: Facilitate GP liaison activities, including educational initiatives, referral base engagement, and coordination of forums.
* Medical Student Coordination (UCC): Coordinate medical student induction and ensure alignment with agreements between institutions.
* Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare regular reports for senior management and monitor progress.
