Key Performance Director

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable results, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization, and promoting synergy from cross functions.

* Drive business outcomes in SQDIC by leveraging strategic tools, mentoring and consulting skills, and change management processes.
* Lead the development of a business roadmap to meet PD/KPI requirements and drive business sustainability.
* Develop and execute cost-saving projects, sustain kaizen results, and ensure top-down objectives are met.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching on business systems and lean production methodologies.
* Conduct productive kaizen funnels against KPI goals with functional teams and ensure successful sustainment.
* Ensure scorecards and KPIs are effective and well-aligned with leadership and HR.
* Promote diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, providing expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.
* Promote associate development in various business system tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership.
* Benchmark and incorporate best practices.

Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain management.
* Danaher Business Systems (DBS) or Toyota Production Systems (TPS) experience is preferred.
* BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
* Ability to design, develop, and implement a business roadmap for an operating business or site.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in biopharmaceutical operations.
* Ability to promote synergy from cross-functions and handle conflict effectively.
* Ability to influence others at all levels in the organization (up and down).
* Must deliver sustainable results.
* Effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
* Must understand how to leverage followership and leadership to drive sustainable change.
* Familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies.
* Hands-on experience implementing business systems in a line management role.
* Proficiency in time and project management.
