Surgical Sales Executive - Orthopaedic Implants & Neurosurgery Munster Territory | Permanent A leading global medical device organisation is seeking an ambitious Surgical Sales Executive to join its growing Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery team across the Munster region. This role focuses on managing and growing a well-established surgical portfolio across Cork, Limerick, Kerry, Waterford, and surrounding hospitals. The successful candidate will work closely with Orthopaedic surgeons, Neurosurgery teams, theatre staff, and key stakeholders across both public and private hospitals. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established Orthopaedic Implants & Neurosurgery portfolio Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders Provide product support and training within theatre environments Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth Support theatre cases and surgical procedures when required Deliver presentations, clinical education sessions, and in-services Manage key hospital projects and product evaluations Maintain strong market awareness and competitor knowledge Represent the company professionally across all customer interactions Requirements 2-3+ years medical device sales experience preferred Experience within Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, theatre sales, or surgical devices highly desirable Strong commercial and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Full clean driving licence Eligible to work in Ireland Package Includes Competitive base salary Bonus scheme Company car/car allowance Lunch allowance Pension Health insurance 25 days annual leave Further education support Long-term career development opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a highly regarded surgical business with a strong reputation across Irish hospitals and a growing Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery portfolio Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
