We are seeking a professional to join our Corporate Governance team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small group within the department, with a varied workload including responsibility for a large portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing corporate governance support, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Co-ordinating and attending regular board/committee meetings, and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the maintenance of statutory books and records for entities, and monitoring compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and filing deadlines
* Arranging for document execution, notarisations, apostilling and filing with relevant registries
* Handling day-to-day matters such as client onboarding and corporate governance queries
* Collaborating with internal departments to provide a solution-driven culture to client challenges
* Providing a range of services from entity incorporation to ongoing operations and winding down
* Opportunities to work on specialized projects requiring independent secretariat services
* Developing and managing relationships with clients as necessary
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
* Possess a third-level qualification in business or law, preferably with a minimum 2:1 GPA
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in administrative tasks
* Highly developed organisational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer literacy
* Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative
