Job Description
* Provide high-quality service delivery and relationship management for assigned custody clients.
* Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for client queries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
* Lead custody relationships and associated service reviews, driving proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor and track service performance against project plans and service level deliverables (SLDs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service delivery and client relationships for one or more assigned custody clients.
* Act as primary point of contact and escalation for client queries.
* Own and lead custody relationship and associated service reviews.
* Initiate and drive proactive, transparent communication with clients.
