This role focuses on handling
inbound enquiries
, guiding prospects through the sales process, and helping convert qualified leads into new business. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop strong commercial insurance expertise within a team that's scaling across key markets.
Location:
Hybrid (Galway or Castlebar) - hybrid after 6 months.
The role:
* Managing and responding to inbound commercial insurance enquiries in a professional, timely manner
* Conducting initial fact‑finding conversations to understand client needs
* Maintaining a structured sales pipeline and following clear processes to maximise conversion
* Building relationships with decision‑makers and industry contacts
* Identifying cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts and coordinating internally
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
* Supporting the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition
Background:
* APA or CIP qualification is required -

* Commercial insurance experience is ideal
