Description:Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Procurement Department by supporting the wider team in all procurement functions along with sole responsibility for the ordering & overall management of the workwear, PPE & office consumables orders & distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkwear & PPEImplement and maintain an accurate workwear tracker.Responsible for all workwear orders by managing lead times & issuing of same.Manage workwear & PPE stock levels to ensure sufficient stock is always available.Monitor & report on monthly expenditure.Manage the issuing of workwear & PPE to ensure repeats orders are kept to a minimum.Research the markets to ensure Sensori are sourcing cost-effective workwear & PPE with sustainable quality.General DutiesGenerating, processing & amending purchase orders.Draft purchase orders and issue to the relevant stakeholders.Monitor stock levels of office supplies to include but not limited to stationery and consumables.Manage the procurement storeroom ensuring that it is kept in a presentable manner and all stock is recorded accordingly.First point of contact for collection of materials/assets by site personnel.Assist the procurement team in asset tagging all tools & equipment to include asset transfers.Support the procurement & fleet co-ordinator as and when required.Support the wider team ensuring that all suppliers have the appropriate accreditations and insurances cover.Liaise with all facilities & maintenance teams to include key account managers as required.Manage internal requisitions and request multiple quotes to ensure the best price.Monitor supplier performance and internal stakeholders and escalate issues and concerns as they arise.Forecast price and market trends while identifying key changes that may impact on purchasing and give feedback to the Procurement ManagementIdentify cost reduction opportunities to achieve the departments financial objectives.Keep up to date on market trends and innovations, regulations and new technology which may have an impact on how the business will function in the future.Identify potential areas of improvement based on observations and make recommendations to the Procurement Manager.Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department to include the shared inbox and the shared management of the invoice register.Qualifications, Experience & KnowledgeLeaving Certificate.2+ years' experience in an administration role.Proficient IT skills and working knowledge /use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).Demonstrate the ability to manage Workwear & PPE stock.Ability to work in a proactive and reactive manner.Ability to multitask & prioritise workload & work under pressure.Excellent analytical & planning ability with exceptional numeracy skills.Strong negotiation skills.Conscientious with a strong attention to detail & the ability to meet strict deadlines.
