Director of Global Workforce Planning
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic workforce planning framework that aligns with the company's commercial objectives.
* Collaborate with business leaders to create a forward-looking workforce plan that incorporates end-to-end process optimization.
* Drive adoption of new workforce planning processes, including time-sheeting for utilization measurement.
* Support the implementation of relevant staffing tools and applications to streamline the process.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to inform upskilling and workforce planning initiatives.
Success Metrics:
* Measure the effectiveness of the workforce planning process through KPIs.
* Optimize and refine the process based on data-driven insights.
* Provide business unit insights when creating workforce plans.
* Own the driver-based workforce planning model, process, and technology solution.
* Run the annual workforce planning cycle with strong governance and oversight.
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and develop a team of workforce analysts responsible for day-to-day data analysis and tasks.
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Maintain a focus on stakeholder engagement to drive data-driven decision-making.
