We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous leadership experience to join our Finance & Accounting Team.

As a Department Manager in Accounts, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and personnel management for an Accounts team.

This role reports to the Finance, Accounting & Tax Director.

This is a 12 month contract.

What you'll do Management of the daily business of an accounts team ensuring all work is complete and accurate adhering to defined deadlines and reporting of relevant KPIs.

Developing, motivating, and guiding an accounts team, ensuring they have the skills, resources and management supports to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities Project management of Accounts, Tax and Finance projects.

Implementation of process optimisation and digitalisation measures.

Management of key systems including release testing and technical queries.

What you'll need Third-level degree in relevant field desirable Qualification in Finance / Accounting / Business desirable but not essential ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA qualification desirable Minimum 3 years management experience Excellent attention to detail Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills Flexible with the ability to work under pressure Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multi-task.

Experience of Google workspace desirable.
