The main responsibilities for the role will be to assist the General Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy bar, restaurant and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bar, restaurant and accommodation.
* Manage daily functions, including restaurant and bar operations, family events and occasions.
* Develop and implement effective leadership, management, organisation and time management strategies.
* Provide exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with staff, customers and external partners.
* Maintain computer literacy to effectively manage systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Bar Manager, essential for the role.
* Proven experience working in a busy bar, restaurant and accommodation environment, catering to large numbers on a daily basis.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent leadership, management, organisation and time management skills.
* Professional, polite and excellent communication skills.
* Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems and software.
Packages Offered:
* A competitive salary of up to €35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
