Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a number of Customer Service and Sales Agents on behalf of our client, based in Dublin 2.
This role is initially fully onsite for the training in period, with Hybrid being offered after training has been completed.

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (Min one Year)
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Empathetic, positive, and confident under pressure.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Reliable and organised — someone who takes pride in doing a good job.
Work Location & Schedule
Training:
Office-based (Dublin 2), Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
After training:
Hybrid model (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).
Saturday shifts:
Occasionally required (short 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. shift, time off given in lieu).
