Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the operations of our country pub and restaurant, located 15 minutes outside Ennis in Co. Clare.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in both bar and restaurant settings, with strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead shifts and manage cash and stock levels
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and liaise with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service
* Deliver outstanding service across multiple settings
* Mentor junior staff and promote a positive work culture
* Maintain health and safety standards
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in the hospitality industry
* Knowledge of beer, spirits, wines, and cocktails
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
