Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a paralegal support role and be able to manage complex legal documents related to property sales and purchases.
* Prepare, manage, and finalize legal documents for property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Schedule appointments and maintain diaries to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Conduct thorough Land Registry and local authority searches to verify property details.
* Manage files, data entry, and general office duties to maintain an organized workspace.
* Provide administrative support to the conveyancer by preparing correspondence and tracking files.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* At least 1 year's experience in a paralegal support role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
