Responsibilities
Install and support client systems including servers, desktops, laptops, and cloud services
Manage Windows Server environments and virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V, VMware)
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and core network infrastructure
Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site
Deliver infrastructure projects with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
What You Bring
Third-level IT qualification or equivalent industry experience
Strong technical background with confidence in client-facing situations
Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, and networking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full, clean driving licence
