Restaurant Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of McLaughlins Restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
* Maintain the highest level of standard of service and cleanliness at all times
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback through proactive engagement and issue resolution
* Work closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen Team, and Sales & Marketing Department to ensure seamless coordination and execution of menus, promotions, and events
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Restaurant Team
* Monitor and control sales and costs, including payroll, to achieve finance targets
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in a Senior Supervisor or Management Role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
