We are recruiting for the position of Regional Sales Manager at Vero Coffee Co, a leading name in the coffee sector in Ireland.
Location: At the company's Head Office in Dublin 11, and travel throughout Ireland, with occasional travel to the UK and Italy.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help deliver the sales agenda within the Irish food service, identifying and growing opportunities in existing and new clients, to ensure continued growth.
You will be required to work with all functions of the business to ensure a satisfactory operation including service, finance, technical, logistics and marketing teams.
In selling the best coffee to a wide range of buyers, you will provide the highest level of service while driving sales and reaching targets in line with company budgets.
Key Responsibilities
· To develop and implement sales strategies penetrating the commercial coffee market in Ireland
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the B2B sector
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
· Meet and exceed targets set in collaboration with management team
· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
· Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
· Handle customer enquiries and manage DSO in line with company policies and terms

· Commercially minded with sales experience in the FMCG sector in the Irish marketplace and a proven track record in negotiating and closing opportunities

You can
· Demonstrate ownership of your customer account, working closely with your Customer Director to ensure sustained growth within assigned customer account
· Demonstrate agility by being flexible and open to change and progress
· Secure new product listings through effective negotiation
· Execute product launches at the customer level to ensure successful market entry
· Plan and manage customer-specific price changes and implementation
· Take full P&L responsibility for your customer account
What you will have/be
· Substantial experience:- 3+ years in a senior commercial sales position within the FMCG sector
· Highly collaborative, with highly experienced influencer and negotiator skills
· Ability to identify good business opportunities
· Adept in customer facing situations with natural communication talent
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Ability to network internally and externally
· Ability to develop strategy and execute, providing the vision and engagement to people
· Strong commercial acumen & comfortable around complex customer P&L preparations
· Strong experience in a customer-facing environment
· Highly motivated; you must be able to handle pressure and work at pace; must be brand orientated and aware; be analytical and be able to influence
· Must be computer literate and have excellent administrative skills (Excel, CRM, etc)
· Enthusiastic and energetic individual, who can radiate strong energy for continuing to build our brand
· Full clean driving license
