The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and perform daily cash till reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:· Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.· Process transactions accurately and efficiently.· Perform daily cash till reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.· Maintain and update customer records in the company database.· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, report generation, organising skip collections and stationery orders.· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.· 37 Hours per week Tuesday to Saturday Inclusive.
