We are urgently seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior General Sales Manager to lead a high-performing automotive sales team at a well-established dealership based in Sandyford.
This is a senior leadership opportunity, ideal for a proven performer who can combine commercial strategy with exceptional people management and a relentless focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full sales operation across new and used vehicles
* Set and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
* Drive a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
* Maximise profitability across all sales channels
* Oversee stock levels, pricing, and showroom presentation
* Ensure a premium and consistent customer journey
* Report on performance and contribute to wider business strategy
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the motor trade
* Track record of delivering strong sales results and leading teams to success
* Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation and operational planning skills
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development ability
* Focused on customer satisfaction and long-term retention
* Full, clean driver’s license
