Apprentice Welder Role
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Apprentice Welder. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a certified manufacturing environment.
* Leverage robotic welding machines under the guidance of experienced professionals
* Train on using band saws to accurately cut steel tubes
* Develop skills in operating pedestal drills for various fabrication tasks
* Earn expertise in utilizing angle grinders and other essential steel working tools safely and effectively
* Collaborate with senior fabricators and welders on daily tasks
* Improve proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions and fabrication drawings
* Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all times
* Assist with general workshop duties to support the team
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in a hands-on career in welding and steel fabrication
* An eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
* The ability to listen carefully and follow instructions from senior staff
* A strong commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines
* Good practical and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
* No prior experience is required; full training is provided
