Overview
Join Our Team as a Senior Integration Analyst (Contract role). This hybrid role is a 6-11 month contract in Dublin 4. Our client is a leading organization in the EMEA region and is seeking a passionate Integration Analyst (HR) to drive technology integration and enhance HR systems.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain seamless interfaces between HR SaaS applications like SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring compliance with IT security standards.
Collaborate as an HR Integration Subject Matter Expert, translating complex technical needs into user-friendly solutions that enhance data integrity.
Manage escalated technical queries, oversee interface testing, and foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
What We're Looking For
Strong expertise in integration technologies and HR systems, particularly with SaaS platforms.
A solid understanding of IAM architecture and organizational data models.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for stakeholder management and a customer-focused approach.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Experience working in ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset.
