Description
As a Graduate, you will study to gain a professional accountancy qualification, with support for exams and study leave. The practice offers excellent on-the-job training and mentoring in a professional environment, with a strong history of graduate success in professional examinations.
You will support the wider team, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while promoting Xeinadin's vision and values. The role involves supporting various accounting services, including audit engagements, taxation, and management accounts. It offers opportunities to gain diverse experience, from simple tax returns to large audit clients, progressing to senior level over the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting on audit engagements
* Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and Ltd companies
* Preparing corporation tax returns
* Preparing VAT returns
* Preparing management accounts
* Attending client premises
* Communicating with external clients to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensuring work quality in timeliness and technical competence
* Participating in teamwork and activities to enhance standards
* Representing the firm professionally internally and externally
* Upholding Xeinadin's vision and values
Key Requirements
Entry-level role working towards ACA/ACCA/CPA or IATI qualifications.
Additional Requirements
Enjoyment of numbers, attention to detail, process-driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, dependable team player, professional appearance and conduct, self-motivated, confidentiality, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
