Job Opportunity: Mechanical Project Engineer
This is a unique chance to work on diverse projects, combining office and on-site tasks. After six months, you may be eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients, design teams, and contractors throughout project phases.
* Participate in coordination meetings with design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Conduct thorough design reviews to validate equipment, pipe, and duct sizes.
* Develop technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers to facilitate efficient project management.
* Oversee the execution of commissioning test certificates to ensure compliance.
* Manage mechanical-related RFIs during the construction phase to minimize delays.
* Coordinate all drawing activities, including requests, reviews, updates to as-built status, and issuance of soft and hard copy masters.
Requirements and Skills:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer.
* Essential residential and commercial project experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Solid understanding of M&E systems within buildings.
