We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef with experience working with wood-fired ovens. The ideal candidate will have a love for pizza-making, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
* Handle dough preparation, sauces, toppings, and cooking in a wood-fired oven.
* Create specialty pizzas and adapt to customer requests, including customizing toppings.
* Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.
* Maintain proper inventory of ingredients and notify management of shortages.
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
