We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Payroll Officer. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in managing large and complex payrolls, as well as a working knowledge of relevant legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end process of running weekly and monthly payrolls for 600 plus employees
2. Complete weekly, monthly and annual returns
3. E nsure compliance with all revenue legislation
4. Maintain and update payroll records, pension records, and other related systems
5. Liaise with Line Managers to ensure accurate payments are made
6. E nsure data protection standards are maintained and updated
successful candidate should have Excellent time management skills
