We partner with organisations that need reliable, compliant digital solutions, not buzzwords.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, fully remote rolefor anOutbound Sales Development Executiveon a6-month fixed-term contract, with a base salary of€2,500 per month plus commission.The role is focused onoutbound phone-based sales development. You will contact organisations identified by our internal WCAG sales system, qualify opportunities, andbook sales meetingsfor our Head of Sales.Sales cycles can take several weeks. While occasional sales may close over the phone, your main responsibility isopening high-quality opportunities, not full-cycle closing.There is apossibility of permanent employmentat the end of the contract,based strictly on performance.What You Will Be DoingMaking outbound calls to prospective clients across IrelandUsing real data (accessibility risk, screenshots, website structure) to guide conversationsSpeaking with senior stakeholders in public, charity and commercial organisationsQualifying prospects and booking meetings for: accessibility audits and services web and digital servicesKeeping accurate records in our CRMWorking closely with the Head of Sales to improve scripts and conversionOutbound calling begins in yourfirst week, with training and support provided alongside live calling.Contract & Pay6-month fixed-term employment contract€2,500 per month (gross)Commission paid on closed revenue where you originated and qualified the opportunityCommission structure:WCAG Baseline Audits: 7%Audit + Remediation Bundles: 9%Annual WCAG Support Retainers: 9% (first year only)Irish Media Agency digital projects: 5%Strong performers can earn significantly above base pay.QualificationsNative-level spoken English (essential)Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or phone-based rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable speaking with senior decision-makersOrganised, professional and self-motivatedAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience using CRM systems and sales toolsUnderstanding of digital services, web or marketing is a plusFamiliarity with tourism, heritage or non-profit sectors is an advantageAccessibility experience isnot required.
