* A strong academic background. A degree, Masters or PHD is ideal.
* Demonstrated leadership and initiative. For example, a leadership role in a student society, leading a major project, or being an entrepreneur.
* A commitment to continuous learning. Show us how you actively develop new skills, whether through online courses, certifications, or personal projects.
* Proven collaboration examples. How do you work with diverse groups, such as on group projects, sports teams, or volunteer efforts.
* Outstanding problem-solving abilities. Tell us about a time you faced a significant challenge and how you solved it.
* High achievements outside of education. We're particularly interested in candidates who have excelled in areas like:
