Senior Maintenance Technician – Dunboyne SiteJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesSupport compliant manufacturing operations by executing the site maintenance system through maintenance, troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing & engineering teams.Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance in a GxP environment using the site CMMS.Drive continuous improvement related to production equipment with a safety‑first, quality‑always focus.Coordinate work within Engineering teams and beyond, while delivering continuous improvements.Anticipate and solve complex problems within the Engineering Team and for the end customer.Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders during shift.Work closely with the Planning and Scheduling Team to confirm work completion is safe, compliant and right first time.Prepare robust handovers, permits, RAMS, parts, spares and vendors for work.Support site Emergency Response Team activities.Provide rapid troubleshooting and fault finding to reduce downtime of equipment.QualificationsProven continuous development through skill‑based and academic/trades qualification, ideally electrical.3 years+ experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.Understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance and reliability best practices.Experience using and interacting with enterprise asset management systems, PLCs and automation systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, DeltaV, BAS, Pi).Strong problem‑solving ability, logical thinking and proactive under pressure.Excellent communication with all levels of the organisation.Compliance mindset ensuring adherence to procedures, safety, delivery, quality, cost and people metrics.Ability to work as part of a shift team and be self‑motivated to deliver results.Job DetailsShift: 1st – DayLocation: Dunboyne siteEmployee Status: RegularRelocation: NoVISA Sponsorship: NoTravel Requirements: NoFlexible Work Arrangements: Not ApplicableValid Driving License: NoHazardous Material(s): NAJob Posting End Date: 06/22/2026Equal Opportunity EmployerThe company is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
