Roofer/ property maintenance
Essential(Tracing roof leaks lifting tiles or slates. removing battens changing membrane and reinstating).Comfortable working off a ladder with fall arrest syste.Also some liquid roof repairs and Resitrix. First and foremost we are General maintenance company and need someone who can and carry out all types of property maintenance .
Working all over Dublin and surrounding areas at shopping centres, apartment blocks,office blocks and managed housing estates. Good people skills able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Safe pass and manual handling necessary
