Financial Controller Opportunity
As a seasoned financial professional, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department in collaboration with the Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing and developing the accounts team to ensure seamless financial operations.
* Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
* Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet controls to guarantee financial stability.
* Liaise closely with the General Manager and Group Financial Controller to achieve effective forecasting and budgeting.
Requirements:
* A qualified Accountant or Part-Qualified (ACCA/AAT) with significant experience in hotel finance.
* Proven expertise in payroll management and processing using Sage 50 accounts and Alkimi or similar TMS.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
