Job Overview:
We are seeking a transformational leader to oversee our Ireland-based Sales Shared Services Center (SSC), supporting EMEA wide operations. This role will provide strategic oversight, foster cross-functional alignment, drive process excellence, and cultivate a high-performing team to support the region's continued growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, including statutory reporting, local tax compliance, cash management, payroll, invoicing/order management, and facilities. They will also be responsible for evolving channel partners / distributors, recommending programs to drive growth objectives and creating key metrics measuring market effectiveness.
In addition, this role will require building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team, fostering skill development and career growth with a regional (EMEA) perspective. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across multi-entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and operational leadership to define and deliver KPIs that drive SSC productivity, contribution, and strategic performance.
2. Serve as SSC's primary Finance and Operations business partner, providing visibility and analysis on resource investments and operational effectiveness.
3. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on standardization, scalability, and best practice adoption, leveraging structured problem-solving tools (e.g., root cause analysis, stakeholder charters, cross-functional workshops).
4. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective countermeasures based on feedback from EMEA management on SSC performance.
5. Operational Excellence & Team Development
* Manage core Finance operations including statutory reporting, local tax compliance, cash management, payroll, invoicing/order management, and facilities.
* Evolve channel partners / distributors, recommend programs to drive growth objectives and create key metrics measuring market effectiveness.
