Your primary responsibilities will include administering recruitment competitions, verifying and downloading applications from our HR system, and setting up interview committees. You will also oversee communications with candidates and hiring managers regarding the status of the competition, as well as manage any feedback requests and ensure that systems are updated throughout the process.

In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive matters, ensuring the accuracy of data on internal systems, and providing cross-team cover for administrative duties as required.
