You will be responsible for validating monthly billing, managing purchase orders, analysing data from internal dashboards, and assisting with monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting.About the RoleIn this position, you will work closely with a portfolio of global vendors who provide operational services to the organisation. Each month, vendors submit financial estimates followed by actual invoices. Your role will be to validate these numbers, flag discrepancies, liaise with vendors to resolve issues, and ensure financial accuracy across all billing cycles. This is a dynamic, deadline-driven role that blends data analysis, financial coordination, and stakeholder communication.You'll work as part of a diverse, cross-functional team that values collaboration, learning, and inclusivity.
