We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to direct the recruitment operations of a busy services delivery organisation.
You will develop and manage a small team of in-house recruiters, and you will have the ability to build an employer brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment delivery for the organisation and build efficient systems and recruitment processes.
* Implement hiring policies and build reporting frameworks for data-driven decision making.
* Develop the recruitment team and create opportunities for growth.
* Oversee senior appointments and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Plan and manage the employer branding strategies and ensure the social media presence is active and effective by creating and monitoring KPIs and engagement stats.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for hiring campaigns.
* Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging local talent channels.
* Provide expert market insights and advise stakeholders on competitive salary trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining high engagement levels throughout the hiring journey.
* Promote referral programmes and generate a talent pipeline.
* Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process for both markets, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pool.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven track record of recruitment delivery in a high-volume industry, 5 years at managerial or lead level.
* HR Degree/ Recruitment qualification/ CIPD or related business discipline.
* Ability to develop recruiting systems and implement policies and processes.
* A good level of understanding of how to build an employer brand.
* Experience delivering talent development plans and initiatives.
* Experience leading project work.
* Excellent work ethic and flexible attitude to the changing needs of an organisation.
* The ability to lead through change and challenge.
* High level of professional communication and the ability to forge trusted partnerships across the organisation.
