Your new role You will play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, and overhead analysis.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone recently qualified or nearly qualified who wants strong exposure across a large finance function.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end close Preparing and posting journals Assisting with management accounts and reporting Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations Investigating and resolving reconciling items Monitoring overheads vs budget/forecast Preparing variance analysis and supporting cost-control initiatives Supporting budgeting and forecasting Assisting with internal/external audits Identifying opportunities to streamline finance processes What you'll need to succeed Recently qualified accountant (or strong part-qualified) Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable working to tight deadlines Proficient in Excel and Word Experience with Oracle or similar systems is an advantage A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team What you'll get in return Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 DOE Bonus: standard and performance-related Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote Benefits: Pension, 22 days annual leave, flexible hours (9-5), onsite parking A supportive, friendly team culture with strong progression opportunities Flexible working options available.
