* Design, plan, improve and implement manufacturing processes with tight tolerances across a wide range of metals and polymers.
* Create offline programs using CADCAM software for various CNC Milling/Turning Machines.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD/CAM Programmer with proven experience in high-precision manufacturing environments (medical device or aerospace preferred).

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Solid CAM, Hyper Mill, Esprit (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of CNC precision machining in either milling/turning.
* Demonstrated ability to work with tight tolerances (0.02mm or tighter) and complex geometries.
* Hands-on knowledge of working with metals and engineering polymers.
* Comfortable with GD&T, 3D modelling, and engineering drawings.
