The Offer & Benefits
* Hourly Rate: €14.50 per hour
* Tips: Significant daily addition to base pay thanks to our tips system included in the POS
* Drink allowance and Discounted food
* Contract: Full-Time (5 shifts per week)
* Schedule: Day shifts only – no late nights (7am to 6pm max)
* Location: Primarily Dun Laoghaire, with very occasional shifts in Dublin 2 if needed
Your Mission : Dual Expertise
You will work seamlessly between front-of-house customer service and back-of-house food preparation, ensuring every detail meets our high-end standards.
1. Specialty Barista Excellence
* Expertly dial in and execute consistent espresso extractions with precision.
* Maintain strong latte art ability and uphold the principles of specialty coffee.
* Engage as a warm, articulate ambassador for the brand.
2. Kitchen Craft & Operational Rigour
* Take part to preparation of simple menu items (sandwiches, quiches, cakes) with speed, cleanliness, and finesse.
* Apply impeccable food hygiene practices (HACCP), manage stock efficiently, and execute opening/closing procedures flawlessly.

This role is exclusively for professionals who meet all criteria below:
* Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience in a busy, high-quality café or hospitality environment.
* Demonstrated versatility in both coffee service and food preparation.
* Comfortable to be in charge when the manager is off duties
* Able to implement the company's strategy thanks to great organisational skills
* High-level fluency in spoken English – essential for client engagement.
* Energetic, professional presentation and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
* Availability for weekend work.
* Strong reliability and readiness for long-term commitment.
