Tax-free allowance in line with Belgian government legislation (subject to eligibility)Key Responsibilities:Support overall programme delivery, working closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules and interfacesLead the BMS / PMS construction package from installation through commissioning and handoverCoordinate with MEP teams, automation specialists, commissioning engineers, and subcontractorsManage procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS and PMS systemsTrack costs, variations, and on-site progress, addressing issues related to quality or design quicklyLead subcontractor and vendor meetings, resolving technical and delivery challengesEnsure all documentation, testing, and commissioning reports are completed for final handoverDesired ExperienceProven xsokbrc experience delivering complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, industrial, or high-tech environmentsStrong technical understanding of BMS, PMS, and critical systemsExperience managing specialist subcontractors and technology vendorsBackground in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (degree or equivalent experience)Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing programmes, costs, quality, and commissioning activitiesAble to build strong working relationships across clients, consultants, and project teams
