Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a large team to ensure high performance, including line management and full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource, and customer service within the branch.
* Develop an enthusiastic willingness to have daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment.
* Maintain compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards by driving our safety-first culture.
* Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch and work collaboratively with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
Average working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8am-4pm.
