Construction Project Manager Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of delivering multiple construction projects from initial stages through to successful completion.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership skills, who is able to motivate and guide project teams, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets effectively, monitor quality standards, identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. A solid understanding of contracts law, health & safety protocols and building regulations is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. They should be confident in their ability to interact at all levels within the organization as well as externally with clients.
The role involves overseeing various aspects of project management including: ensuring compliance with relevant laws legislation; managing resources allocated; negotiating contracts;
overseeing site works execution towards targeted deadlines while achieving set goals outcomes.
