In this critical role, you will bridge technical innovation with market opportunity—guiding product strategy, defining new product requirements, and executing marketing initiatives that drive adoption of our isolators across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Definition:Gather voice-of-customer input through direct customer engagement, field team feedback, and market research to identify unmet needs and inform feature sets and specifications.Collaborate with engineering team to define product roadmaps and new product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.Analyze industry trends and technology developments to propose differentiated features and innovation opportunities.
2. Strategic Guidance:Contribute to strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities, emerging applications, and product-market fit.Support long-term product portfolio strategy, positioning, and segmentation to align with business goals and evolving customer demands.Deliver insights on competitive landscape and pricing strategy to help shape go-to-market and business development decisions.
3. Technical Marketing & Enablement:Translate semiconductor product specs into compelling marketing collateral (datasheets, product briefs, white papers, presentations, etc.).Support new product introductions (NPIs) with end-to-end launch planning, including messaging, collateral development, and demo creation guidance.Develop and maintain technical sales tools (block diagrams, comparison tables, application notes) to enable the sales force and channel partners.Assist in training internal and external stakeholders on product features, applications, and value propositions.
Required Qualifications:
4. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
5. 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product definition, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry.
6. Solid understanding of IC technologies.
7. Experience with customer engagement for technical needs assessment and product validation.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
9. Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA with technical background.
10. Prior experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional team leadership.
11. Experience in key end markets such as industrial, healthcare or automotive
