About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills to provide support in managing the front desk, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident in using Microsoft Office and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer calls and handle customer queries professionally
- Provide confidential administrative support to the General Manager
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work 3 days a week from July to March and 5 days a week from April to June. Some flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.
