McMenamin Engineering Ltd is a well-established, family-owned business with 40 years of experience in structural steel fabrication. Based in the Finn Valley area, we take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong team environment. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our fabrication workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform welding tasks in line with technical drawings and fabrication requirements
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
* Maintain plant and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety
* Organise and plan work to meet daily targets and deadlines
* Adhere to quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
* Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
* Report any defects or issues promptly for timely resolution
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar welding or fabrication role
* Proven ability to interpret and work from technical drawings
* Strong work ethic with pride in quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
* Awareness of workplace safety and quality standards
* Ability to work under minimal supervision as well as within a team
