Ideally the right candidate should have basic HR office knowledge. You will assist and support the existing HR Team in a busy NGO. Training will be provided with ongoing supervisionGeneral ResponsibilitiesSupporting the HR Payroll in the preparation of Internal contracts and change letters for current staff.Daily Management of the HR Inbox.Responsible for processing references, bank/mortgage forms.Answering general staff queries, once trained, on leave, letters and references for former staff, Compensation Benefits queries.Maintain HR records in line with legislation and policy.Assisting HR team with note taking, recruitment, scheduling interviews, Job Description preparation, advertise roles.
