About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a premium coffee brand that’s been roasting for generations and supplying top hospitality venues across Ireland. They offer a full-service model—from training and support to product delivery—and are now looking to grow their footprint across Munster.
The Role
As Business Developer, you’ll focus on growing sales within the Out of Home sector—winning and developing accounts across cafés, hotels, restaurants, and gastropubs. You’ll be backed by a passionate service and training team and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships across the region.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a field-based role and wants to represent a high-quality, respected brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in coffee, foodservice, or hospitality sales
* Strong understanding of the Away-from-Home / On-Trade channel
* Confidence in cold calling, pitching, and building long-term customer relationships
* You can be based in Cork, Kerry, Limerick, or Waterford
We’re open to both experienced reps and rising talent who know the industry and want to grow with it.
