NRL are looking for a HSE Advisor who will report our clients Field Safety Manager and Project HSE Director, where you will be looking after allocated areas and contractors and supporting the safety and construction management teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage permit-to-work systems for construction activities in a live environment
Support the safe execution of construction projects through effective HSE deliverables
Assist the Project HSE Manager/ HSE Director in implementing the Project HSE Program and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans in line with statutory requirements and international standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Review Contractor safe systems of work, Risk assessments and Method Statements. (RAMS)
Implement corporate HSE management programs through project standards and procedures
Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Prepare and issue HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor HSE performance through inspections, audits, and reporting
Contribute to HSE performance initiatives, plans, and continuous improvement activities
Develop and deliver site inductions and HSE training programs
Support wellbeing initiatives, including Wellbeing and Beyond Zero programs
Plan and deliver HSE promotional campaigns and events, such as Safety Week
