Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Morning and evening medication management, ensuring the health and well-being of our clients is always prioritized.
* Managing seizures and pain, providing timely interventions to alleviate discomfort.
* Dementia training to support our clients with cognitive impairments.
* Providing safe and dignified moving and handling/hoist and re-positioning services.
* Implementing skin integrity management strategies to prevent pressure ulcers.
* Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
* Working effectively in home environments, managing lone worker situations with ease.
* Adhering to infection control protocols and safely disposing of clinical waste.
* Providing CPR as required, responding quickly in emergency situations.
