* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with minimum 1 +year PQE
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Financial Business Partner, the successful candidate will join a high-impact team supporting the residential electricity and gas business.
* Commercial Support – Provide commercial insight and challenge to drive strategic targets, including net zero initiatives
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong internal partnerships to support innovation and value delivery
* Performance Monitoring – Support financial performance tracking, focusing on growth and decarbonisation KPIs
* Planning – Input into the Integrated Business Planning process, aligning financials to strategic goals
* Tendering – Collaborate with procurement on residential tenders and contracts
* Data & Analytics – Develop financial analytics to support decision-making
* Governance – Support governance and control frameworks that align with compliance and climate goals
* Sustainability Impact – Play a key role in enabling low-carbon energy solutions
