Project Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential new builds across Dublin City.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in Construction Management or similar field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
* Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10M.
