Finance and Data Coordination Role
We are seeking an experienced data professional to support a short-term project in our Finance function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and excellent organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and clean finance-related data across systems
* Support the development of data models and assist in data mapping activities
* Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or incomplete entries
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and consistent employee and financial records
* Contribute to ERP upgrade preparations through structured data work
Requirements:
* Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data models, pivot tables, formulas, and large data sets
* Previous experience in a Finance or IT administrative role
* Familiarity with ERP systems (Navision experience is beneficial)
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in Master Data Management
* Previous exposure to Microsoft Navision or similar ERP tools
